Agencies like bluesummit offer a variety of services that are documented in extensive contracts with clients. Each contract consists of many individual components – from individual agreements to special services, deadlines, validities, and amounts. Contracts can quickly exceed 100 pages.

The challenge: All contract components needed to be clearly, traceably, and centrally managed so that they were easily accessible for departments such as accounting or customer service. Previously, tracking was very time-consuming.

My solution: I developed a contract management system as a desktop application in Visual Basic, tailored to these requirements. Each contract is broken down into clearly defined elements. Special agreements, deadlines, amounts, and validities are clearly displayed for each component. The system provides resubmission functions and automatic reminders. Several departments can access all relevant contract information centrally and simultaneously.

Result: This solution made the management, control, and tracking of all contracts much more efficient and transparent. Various departments benefit from central, up-to-date access to all contract details.

With a growing number of customers and service offerings, it became increasingly difficult for the small team at commnos to efficiently manage all information – especially as much of it was stored decentrally. Supporting international customers brought additional challenges: Due to time differences, support requests needed to be accessible, editable, and controllable by all employees at any time.

Instead of relying on a standard system, which is often unnecessarily complex and requires lengthy training, commnos opted for a customized solution. I developed a project management and support handling system tailored exactly to their internal processes and services.

Mode Ganz is a small label that had to produce large quantities of sustainable organic fashion in a short time. Instead of using a standard solution for the fashion industry, the company chose a custom software solution to start immediately without long training or adjustments.

I spent time directly as an employee in the team and was able to analyze all processes in detail – from design to delivery. Based on this, I developed a web-based system that mapped Mode Ganz’s processes precisely.

Poster advertising is one of the most important tools for political parties to be present during upcoming elections. In major cities, thousands of posters must be strategically placed, managed, and removed after the election in a short period of time. For large parties with fixed structures, this is manageable – for smaller parties like ÖDP, which rely on volunteer work, it is a real challenge.

As part of my volunteer work, I developed a custom online poster management system for the ÖDP that solves the following challenges:

• Central management of all poster locations with addresses and GPS data
• Route planning for poster installers
• Photo documentation of each poster directly via smartphone
• Interactive city map for complete overview
• Complaint system with real-time notifications to campaign managers and installers

Result: With this online system, the small ÖDP team was able to achieve professional poster logistics and control – efficiently, transparently, and voluntarily.

As a passionate SCUM player and later as a server admin, I repeatedly experienced how cumbersome and confusing it was to manage server content for SCUM. While many other online multiplayer games have long had professional admin tools, there was no true all-in-one solution for SCUM.

From this situation, I developed my own online admin tool – directly from the practice and requirements of an active SCUM admin. My goal was to create a tool that truly simplifies daily server content and log management, without tedious workarounds or isolated solutions.

This project arose from a genuine enthusiasm for the game and the conviction that SCUM server content management must be uncomplicated, secure, and efficient – developed by a player for players.
